St. Luke's Medical Center Requirements:

• Dogs must be at least one year of age.
• Dogs must have all vaccinations current.
• Dogs must successfully complete the hospital obedience challenge.
• Dogs are required to be certified in their accomplishments.
• Dogs must be in good health, clean & well groomed.
• Volunteers must be at least 18 years old.

  As always Companion Training is open to any age and any breed participating in Therapy dog training. We welcome your efforts whether you are raising a puppy with the therapy goal in mind or curious if your aged dog is capable of being trained for such work. The standards we set in our program are not to merely meet requirements on the contrary we exceed requirements. You and your dog will form a confident & proud team eager to share joy and display excellence in control.
